The portfolio of Kindt a.s. currently includes many attractive commercial and residential buildings in Prague and other parts of the Czech Republic. We are mainly interested in properties located in the capital city, while the properties in the city center are especially attractive for us.

In addition to the metropolis, our expanded investment area also includes the Central Bohemian, Liberec, Hradec Králové and South Moravian regions, as well as other cities throughout the Czech Republic with a minimal population of 50,000 people.
