Our business model
Secure projects and objects with future potential
We buy objects in need of renovation or modernization that have specific potential for future growth (“Value-added-objects”), but also completely renovated objects with modern equipment that generate a secure cash flow (“Core-objects”).
The increase in value is achieved, for example, by changing the lease concept, converting, expanding or implementing architectural and technical modernization measures, including complete revitalization.
Attractive returns with moderate risk
Our policy is in line with our efforts to increase the company’s value and cash flow while maintaining moderate risk and creating attractive returns.
Buying and selling strategy
Following modernization, conversion or leaseback, the company subsequently sells part of the real estate in the portfolio to obtain the assets of the increased value.
